All fees are payable in Omani Rials (RO) and are per term (3 terms per year)

 

School Policy Regarding Payment of Termly Fees

All fees must be paid in full on or before the first day of term.
Invoices will be issued at least two weeks before the end of the previous term.
If a pupil leaves before the end of term no refund will be considered.

Payment of Fees for New Pupils

Once admission procedures have been completed and a formal offer of a place has been issued and accepted, an Enrolment Fee becomes payable together with a deposit of R.O. 100.000. The R.O 100.000 Deposit is refundable when the student leaves the school provided written notice has been received one month before the end of the term of departure, all books and school resources have been returned and all fees paid up to date.

Enrolment Fee For 2012-13 – The enrolment fee for new students assessed at Reception level and above will remain at its current level of RO 2,500.

N.B.
For children entering Nursery, only the R.O. 100 Deposit is payable. The Enrolment Fee is deferred until entry into Reception and is assessed at the applicable rate for that academic year.

Where a Waiting List exists, for children from Reception upwards, a Reservation Fee of RO 1000 is required to be paid to the School by an applicant who has received the provisional offer of a place and wishes to make a firm commitment to reserve that place for their child. In the event that the place is not subsequently taken up, this amount will be forfeit. If for any reason the school is subsequently unable to provide a place, this fee will be returned without deduction. For Nursery children, the R.O. 100 Deposit is required to be paid in advance to secure the place.

The place will only be considered as taken on receipt of the Reservation Fee. If the parent does not wish to pay this then the next applicant on the waiting list will be offered the place under the conditions above.
N.B.

The Reservation Fee will be deducted from the Enrolment Fee when the student starts school.

If for any reason your child has not settled into the school within six (6) weeks, but has stayed for a minimum of one (1) month, all tuition fees will be refunded, but the Enrolment Fee will be forfeit.

Discounts and Charges - Please note the following:

A discount of 3% will be applied if fees are paid in an annual lump sum on or before the first day of the Autumn Term
A charge of 2% will be applied for all payments made by credit card.
A charge of 3% will be applied for the provision of instalment plans.
A charge of 5% flat rate penalty charge for late payment of tuition fees.
