BSM has small classes taught by excellent and enthusiastic teachers.

In addition to teachers (including SEN and EAL specialists), we employ inclusion assistants and a large number of support staff including a careers advisor, examinations officer, school nurses and administrative, maintenance and security staff.

BSM Swim Coach and Learn to Swim Instructor (Local hire) - WSS_20260506

We are looking for an enthusiastic BSM Swim Coach and Learn to Swim Instructor to work with our highly engaged students and parents across the whole school to provide world class enrichment activity, and to assist and develop the BSM community swimming programme. Science Technician (Senior School) - SST_20260503

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and dedicated Science Technician to join our Senior School Science Department, providing professional support to our school community of staff, parents and students.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within a school setting or laboratory environment, with a strong understanding of and commitment to ensuring health and safety regulations are followed carefully. Internationally hired staff are assisted in establishing themselves within Muscat, including assistance with setting up bank accounts, arranging car hire and getting to know the city. We arrange several social events at the start of the academic year and all new staff are provided with a BSM buddy to help them settle.
